It's that simple

Mix the baking mix with 200 ml plant milk and 140 g coconut oil until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Fill the dough into muffin molds and bake at 170 °C top and bottom heat for about 20 to 25 minutes. Then perform a skewer test.

Letzte Woche war ich auf dem Launch Event von Glowbake.
Es war eine echt tolle Veranstaltung, tolle, sehr sympathische Gastgeberin Laura, tolle Stimmung und tolle Glowbake-Muffins, die unbeschreiblich fluffig, schokoladig und vor allem sooo lecker sind - Genuss pur!
Nicht zu glauben, dass kein Zucker enthalten ist.
Ich freue mich schon auf meine soeben platzierte Bestellung.

Die besten Muffins überhaupt🧁✨Ich habe schon viele gesunde Snacks probiert, aber die Muffins von Glowbake by Laura sind eine absolute Sensation. Sie sind unglaublich saftig, perfekt abgeschmeckt und schmecken einfach himmlisch – und das Beste: Man genießt sie mit einem richtig guten Gefühl, weil sie perfekt zu einem fitten, gesundheitsbewussten Lifestyle passen! In Kombination mit einem frisch zubereiteten Matcha oder Kaffee das absolute Highlight des Tages. Man schmeckt in jedem Bissen die Qualität und Lauras Liebe zum Detail. Absolute Suchtgefahr! 🤍

In der Backmischung steckt ganz viel liebe und Arbeit. Das wird auch beim probieren deutlich, trotz den gesunden zutaten schmeckt der muffin wirklich sehr lecker und ist vorallem super fluffig :) sollte jeder mal probieren!!
